Hagen McHenry (Northern Virginia / Mexico)
Hagen McHenry is a ITI Instructor Trainer, CCR / Trimix / Cave Technical Diver, and CEO of Cross Element Divers. Hagen chairs the consortium for Cross Element Divers and runs our Northern Virginia operations. He specialize in instructor development, sidemount training, and technical dive training. He has a passion for CCR Cave diving and exploration and sharing his adventures with the world.
Gary Duncan (South Florida / Caribbean)
Gary Duncan is an SDI Instructor, CCR, Cave, and Trimix Technical Diver, and a Partner at Cross Element Divers. Gary operates out of our Miami location, leading and training divers in Florida, The Bahamas, Belize, and Turks and Caicos Islands. Combining diving and a Master’s in Marine Science, Gary is passionate about the world underwater and loves to share it with his divers.
Erick Newcomb (Northern Virginia)
Erick is an Instructor for Cross Element Divers Virginia. He is a Technical Sidemount Diver and Master Recreational Diver. Erick is a Marine Veteran and supports Cross Element’s Veteran Affairs program. He has a passion for teaching and diving, and how diving can support our veterans and military professionals.
Isabel Domínguez (Mexico)
Isa is a Cave Instructor & Tek Sidemount Instructor for Cross Element Divers . She has a passion for cave diving and sharing the unlimited underwater world with the diving community . Isa has been living in the Riviera Maya for over 15 years and runs the cenote tour / cavern / cave diving operations for Cross Element Mexico.
Bryan Thomas (North Florida)
Bryan Thomas is a IANTD Instructor Trainer, TDI Instructor, CCR Trimix / Cave Technical Diver, and Director of Rebreather Operations at Cross Element Divers. Bryan has over 20 years of technical dive training experience and specializes in CCR and CCR Mix Gas technical dive training. Bryan operates out of our Florida Location.
